Exchanges and Returns
We are happy to exchange items for a different size within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is returned in saleable condition.
- The requested replacement size is available in stock.
- The exchanged item is of equal value.
Please contact us at admin@tropicoolclothing.com.au before returning your item to confirm the availability of your preferred size.
Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanges.
If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
If you require the replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and selecting Express Shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we can process the applicable refund in accordance with this policy.
To arrange an exchange, please email admin@tropicoolclothing.com.au and include your Order Number.
Please ensure you include a note stating your Order Number, and keep a record of your tracking number.
Return Policy
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is returned in saleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
To arrange a return, please contact admin@tropicoolclothing.com.au and include your Order Number.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Please ensure you include a note stating your Order Number, and keep a record of your tracking number.
We will credit the payment method originally used to place your order within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will cover the cost of items returned, but not the original freight charge.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.
Sale items may be exchanged for another size or product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotions
For all Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions:
- Both items must be returned together to receive a refund
- Partial refunds are not available where the free item is retained
- Single-item returns from Buy 1 Get 1 Free orders will not be processed
This applies to all promotional Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers unless otherwise stated.
